POLICIES & REGULATIONS
- Zero tolerance: Any loud Offensive language or swearing, Verbal abuse of any kind, Racist comments or stereotypes, threats or actual physical harm.
- No weapons: It is Prohibited to carry firearms or weapons while using the service.
- DRUGS/ALCOHOL: Zero tolerance for drug or open alcohol containers in the vehicle for consumption.
- Service animal: Please provide all documentation requested on the reservation form for the service animal. DOCUMENTATIONS (doctor or nurse practitioner letter or ID certification). Stating animal is required for disability.
- Emotional support animal is not recognized by A.O.D.A as service dogs therefore are not permitted.
- If the service animal is not properly registered will not be allowed on board.
- Only one service animal total allowed per trip.
- The service animal will not be charge but will need to seat in front on the passenger side of the vehicle, the owner will be seating closed to their animal.
- If your service animal is not register through our app, we have the right to refuses as they may have already been a service animal reserved on the trip.
- Pets: No pets aloud
- No food is to be consumed in the Shuttle,
- Drinks are permitted (non-alcohol) but only in a covered travel mug, with a lid (no paper cup permitted)
- Time: We recommend arriving to your pickup point 15 minutes in advance.
- Please plan your trip, make sure you reserve your both seat AM & PM if you plan to return same day, once reservation is full, our shuttle is at capacity. There are no extra shuttles beyond the hours posted.
- We stop to our destinating stops. No stops in between.
- Refund: There will be no refund once reservation is made except extreme situation or where service is cancelled. (ex. Weather)
- Child seat: drivers can refuse rides if a child does not have a proper car seat; Children 12 and under should sit in the back with accompanied adult.
- Children under 16 need to be with an adult at all time
- Cleaning/Damage: Riders are responsible for their mess/damage. The are garbage at each bus stop, Please use them.
- Sick Policy: If you have a fever or thinking you are sick, do yourself and everyone a favor, please stay home. Do not share. Take care of yourself. We will be there next time.
